Harry Edward Styles is a singer, songwriter, and actor from Redditch, Worcestershire, England.
Born on February 1, 1994, Harry earned a loyal following of fans as a part of the British boy band One Direction alongside Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson. The group made it to the top three on The X Factor in 2010, and Harry quickly became a teen heartthrob. Show host Simon Cowell signed the group to Syco Records, and they went on to become a worldwide phenomenon.
After One Direction disbanded, Harry went on to start a highly successful career as a solo artist. His debut studio album, Harry Styles, was released via Columbia Records in 2017. The debut album became one of the best-selling records of 2017, and that same year Harry acted in the Christopher Nolan action film Dunkirk. Harry’s co-stars in the film include notable British actors Cillian Murphy and Kenneth Branagh.
Harry’s New album, Fine Line, came out in December 2019 and became a huge hit. The album’s single “Watermelon Sugar” made it to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and solidified Harry’s rock star status.
